He alleges O’Neil accessed his personal data without consent, including a phone extraction containing private messages, sensitive communications, and explicit material, which he claims she later distributed to others and online.
The filing also accuses O’Neil of hacking into his social media and email accounts, monitoring his activity through devices like an Apple Watch, and using burner accounts to harass him, his family, and others connected to him. Kearney further alleges she shared privileged attorney-client communications, posted explicit content without consent, and coordinated with others to amplify the dissemination of this material.
Additional claims include alleged illegal recordings, threats to file false police reports, attempts to interfere with his finances and employment, and efforts to expose or intimidate individuals connected to him, including sources tied to his journalism work.
Kearney states that these actions have caused ongoing fear for his safety, privacy, and livelihood, and he is seeking a court-issued order of protection to prevent further contact or harassment.
