Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through Nerd Bird Mafia.
All merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.
Because items are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo of the item
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier and Printful to resolve the issue.
