Interactive Livestream Applications
Nerd Bird Mafia operates privately hosted interactive livestream applications, including Spin of Misfortune and The Crime Board. Participation is voluntary and occurs through public livestream chat.
Participants agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, deceptive or disruptive content. Nerd Bird Mafia may disregard commands, remove participants, end voting, disqualify contestants or discontinue a game at its discretion.
Gameplay results, contestant selection, scores, audience votes, virtual advantages and virtual penalties are for entertainment purposes only and have no cash value. Participation does not guarantee selection as a contestant, receipt of a prize or any particular game outcome.
These applications use YouTube API Services to receive public livestream chat activity. Use of YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Information processed through these applications is handled according to the Nerd Bird Mafia Privacy Policy at https://nerdbirdmafia.com/privacy-policy/.
