Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. All products are made to order and fulfilled by our printing partner, Printful. Because each item is created specifically for you, our return policy follows the guidelines of our fulfillment partner.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once the issue is verified, a replacement will be sent as quickly as possible.

Wrong size or buyer’s remorse
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Preference for a different color or style

Please review the size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Lost packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier and Printful to resolve the issue and, if appropriate, send a replacement.

Incorrect shipping address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may contact you for an updated address. Reshipping fees may apply.
